WHAT IS MEN'S WORK AND WHY DO WE DO IT?

Men’s work is a tradition as old as time, a practice that invites men to redefine and expand the concept of masculinity. With the goal of helping men to live more fulfilling and purpose-driven lives while also creating a positive impact in their communities and the world.

The Junto's unique approach to men's work focuses on building emotional intelligence, cultivating healthy relationships, and empowering men to navigate the complexities of modern life with authenticity, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.

We created the Junto in 2018 to build a supportive community where men can explore their challenges, find accountability, and develop the skills necessary for personal and collective transformation.

We’re not here to define what it means to be a man. That is a personal journey only you can embark on. We won't pass judgment on your ideas or dictate what toxic masculinity entails. Instead, we'll help you to explore these questions and find your own answers.

Our workshops and retreats are designed to help men go deep within themselves, gaining a clear understanding of who they are and what they need to propel their lives and relationships forward. Furthermore, we've created top-notch tools centered around our proprietary "4 pillars of men's work": emotional intelligence, personal integrity, relational leadership, and service.

If you're ready to live a life rooted in integrity, meaningful connection, and service to those who matter most to you, join us. Adventure awaits.
